Danielle Collins is the world’s leading Face Yoga expert and a yoga, nutrition and wellbeing coach. She is passionate about holistic approaches to health, fitness and beauty and believes that we should all have the opportunity look and feel the very best version of ourselves using simple, natural yet effective techniques.
Danielle has shared her passion through teaching, writing and presenting for over 15 years and has been featured in hundreds of leading newspapers and magazines. She is a regular on TV and radio around the world. Danielle is the founder of The Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method and offers international teacher training courses. She has a wide social media presence and her videos are enjoyed by millions of people. Danielle is the Face Yoga Expert for major brands and has an international client base.
Danielle’s journey started after overcoming the illness of M.E when, aged 21, she was severely ill for 18 months and used natural and holistic methods to cure herself. She then wanted to help other people to feel healthy and happy so she completed Diplomas in Face Massage, Professional Relaxation Therapy, Nutrition, Hatha Yoga and Pre and Post Natal Yoga with the British School of Yoga. She also has introductory training in EFT, Thai Yoga Massage, Shiatsu, Indian Head Massage and the Alexander Technique and further training in Meditation. Danielle has a first-class honours degree in Education and English Literature from Bath Spa University.
Danielle’s first book DANIELLE COLLINS’ FACE YOGA was published by Watkins in July 2019 and is being translated into 12 different languages. Her second book, The Face Yoga Journal, was published in September 2021.
