Nisha Katona

Nisha Katona MBE is a curry evangelist, the creator of the much-loved Mowgli restaurant chain, a food writer, TV and radio pundit and a former family law barrister. She can regularly be found sharing her passion for simple, honest cookery on the BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and BBC Radio 4, and is a member of the judging panel on the 2022 BBC2 series Great British Menu. She is the author of the bestselling Mowgli Street Food, 30 Minute Mowgli and Meat Free Mowgli, as well as two other previous books.
