Renee Elliott is the founder of Planet Organic, the UK’s largest fully certified organic supermarket and a long-time champion of sustainably grown, ethically sourced and seasonal food. Planet Organic offered the first organic juice bar in the UK and was the Soil Association’s first organic-certified store. The business continually wins the top awards within this area of the market, including the Soil Association Independent Organic Retailer of the Year.
